Save the date and make plans to meet at Ecton Park, 956 Turkey Foot Road in Lexington to listen to the big band sounds of the Young at Heart Big Band. Our own Bill Jones plays trombone in this 18 member band. The Young at Heart Big Band offers the joy and uniqueness of classic swing-era big band music from the 1940’s to the 1960’s. The band will play from 7:00 – 8:30 pm.
Arrive early to get a parking space and don’t forget to bring your sack chair or blanket, maybe a snack and drink. This is an open air event and is free to the public. Call the office and let us know if you plan on attending and the first ones there will try to save enough space for everyone from Holy Trinity.
